Our themes this week are Cinco de Mayo and Celebrate Mothers and Grandmothers.  Teacher Veronica will be making us homemade burritos and we will be breaking a pinata in celebration of Cinco de Mayo.  We will spend the rest of the week making special gifts for our Mothers or special women in our lives.

As soon as you enter Columbia Children’s Center, you’ll understand why families in Santa Maria have trusted us for over eighteen years. Child’s play is still paramount, but our program incorporates a more structured learning environment. Children master the foundation skills that will prepare them for Kindergarten and help them excel throughout their school years.

We are a state licensed facility. Our Toddler Program serves children 2 to 3 years old, our Preschool Program serves children 3 to 4 years old and our Kindergarten Readiness Program serves children 4 years through 5 years. All of our programs offer opportunities for art, music, dramatic play, math, science and social activities to help children explore the world they live in with confidence, creativity and excitement.
